Yoker's Memory Cafe
Yoker Resource Center are running a community networking event for anyone with an interest or lived experience of dementia in Glasgow. The Dementia Cafe Open House will run on August 1st 2023 and September 5th 2023 between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. If you have experience of living with Dementia, go along and have the opportunity to make social connections with others who have similiar lived experiences.
Yoker's Carers Social Support Cafe
As well as the Memory Cafe, the Yoker Resource Center are running a Carers Support Cafe Open House. This is an opportunity for carers to meet others in the same position and who understand the unique and complicated nature of being a carer. This will run on the the second Tuesday of every month (August 8th 2023 and September 12th 2023) between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you are a carer and in need of extra support, go along and have the opportunity to build a support network.
